Simple, honest, good. This is how Elena’s dishes hit the tables. She offers typical Puschlav and Valtellina cuisine. There is no fixed menu – we offer a specially prepared menu.

Our historic Engadine pantry has been serving up traditional regional cuisine since way back in 1878. A tried and trusted menu that features delicious regional and Swiss specialities. And something else is new: the Misani wine table has replaced our traditional wine menu. Our guests are welcome to taste the wines, filling their glasses or carafes as they please.

Guests and locals alike meet up at the Bar-Lounge Misani. Here, emphasis is on the traditional bar culture that is today seeing something of a revival in the new urban bars – in our case further accentuated by temporary art exhibitions.
